The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, with the support of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, has prepared a Voluntary Report on Implementation of International Humanitarian Law which covers all the most important issues in the field of international humanitarian law.

The Voluntary Report on International Humanitarian Law was presented to the international community for the first time at one of the largest humanitarian platforms, the 34th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (Geneva, 28-31.10.2024).

The Ministry of Defense's Voluntary Report on Implementation of International Humanitarian Law is available in both English and Ukrainian.
