They urged Russia to stop violation of international law and OSCE principles and commitments, to restore implementation of bilateral agreements with Ukraine, to pull out their military forces in the territory of Crimea, Ukraine, to their permanent duty stations and to engage in meaningful dialogue in bilateral and multilateral format.
